Customer Service Policy: We DO NOT ship to Haiwaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Out Side the U.S.A and P.O. Boxes. You can return most items within 20 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective item, or reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15%. We cannot accept the return of certain items as noted on the product detail page.
